The service. Itenum provides customer signup forms, a customer database, and retention tools for businesses. Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; messaging is billed on usage.

Your data, your customers. Customer lists collected through your forms belong to you. You can export them anytime. We don't sell or reuse them.

Acceptable use. You agree to message only people who opted in through your form, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable messaging laws (e.g. TCPA, CASL) in your region. Spam gets accounts terminated.

No warranties. The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We'll flag meaningful changes by email.
